Valerie and her husband Felix had a heartwarming tale to tell at their recent @grandwailea wedding.
It was a stunning example of what we love about this work: telling stories of people who are able to face hardship and loss, and yet let it compel them to love even more. And that despite it being within the confines of a wedding day that tends to celebrate only the joyful things and glosses over the rest.
